I was looking for a way that I can exercise and reach my fitness goals, but not go to the gym, as I was not confident for the gym environment, so I looked at the in home PT plan and it was just what I needed. I can now have a PT come to my house and train in the comfort of my own home, without worrying about the gym, travelling or wasting time not knowing what exercises to do.
